Kim Brewer

An alum of the University of Denver, Kim is a Colorado native whose primary professional focus has been operations and logistics in the management of programs, projects, and events for organizations including the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, Children’s Hospital Colorado, and the Colorado Trust. She comes to CNDC most recently from one of its projects, Colorado Inclusive Economy.

She is a community advocate whose been part of the work addressing maternal/fetal healthcare disparities among Black birthing families and the need for culturally responsive care, while at the same time fighting as part of grassroots organizations for affordable housing and equitable, inclusive representation of residents in city planning and development projects directly impacting their neighborhoods. Kim has served in varying roles with the state’s leading advocacy organization dedicated to advancing equality for LGBTQ+ Coloradans and their families.
