Shane Rumsey

Shane Rumsey is an experienced podcast producer and audio professional with a career spanning over two decades in the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as a Podcast Producer for Colorado Public Radio's Purplish, Shane specializes in Colorado politics, state government, and elections. Previously, Shane held various roles at Colorado Public Radio, including Broadcast Audio Engineer and On-Air Fundraising Producer, contributing significantly to the daily news magazine, Colorado Matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Digital Media Producer/Managing Editor at Lionsgate Academy and an Adjunct Instructor at Brown College, where Shane taught courses related to media and broadcasting.
