Mike Bush started their work experience as a Staff Accountant at AMC Cancer Research Center in 1996, where they were responsible for accurately accounting for grants and preparing financial reports. Mike then moved on to CH2M Hill Companies, Ltd. in 1999, where they managed general ledgers and implemented new accounting reporting software.

In 2000, Mike joined Microsoft as a Software Test Engineer, responsible for testing software for major partners. Mike later became a Test Manager, leading a team and implementing process enhancements. Mike eventually became a Senior Software Development Manager, overseeing 25 individuals and representing Microsoft at industry conferences.

In 2010, Mike became the Chief Technology Officer at Integrated Business Resources, where they phased out outdated technologies and rolled out cloud-based software. Most recently, Mike served as the Senior Director of Information Systems at the Colorado Rockies, where they developed long-term plans, coordinated personnel, and managed the department's budget.

Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to improving processes and systems.

Mike Bush completed their education at three different institutions. Mike first pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado, which they completed between 1989 and 1993. Mike then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Regis University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Lastly, Mike obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Technology from Regis University between 2004 and 2006.
