Scottie Bibb

Scottie Bibb has an extensive work experience in the communications and marketing field. Most recently, they have been the Director of Marketing and Communications at The Independence Center since 2020. Prior to this, they were the Principal of Bibb Communications, LLC from 2011 to 2020. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Director of Development Communications at Centura Health where they implemented strategic communications plans to engage donors and facilitated donor engagement. From 2007 to 2011, they were the Director of Media and Public Relations at U.S. Figure Skating where they were the official media contact and spokesperson for the U.S. Team. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Public Affairs Manager at Agilent Technologies and from 2004 to 2006 they were the Public Affairs Manager at Intel Corporation. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Public Relations & Events Manager at Care and Share Food Bank for Southern Colorado and the Media Center Manager at Pikes Peak International Raceway. Lastly, from 2000 to 2001, they were the Campaign Manager at Andy McElhany For State Senate.

Scottie Bibb attended Auburn University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations/Image Management. Prior to that, they attended Cheyenne Mountain High School.
