Douglas Bemis currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group since September 2019. Previous experience includes positions as a Substitute Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools in 2018, and as Personnel Manager and Department Manager at Walmart from April 2009 to October 2016, where responsibilities included auditing personnel files, processing payroll, and evaluating worker performance. Douglas also worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Yellowstone Bear World from May 2007 to July 2008, providing support in resolving human relations issues. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communications & Business Management from Brigham Young University - Idaho.

Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group (CSOG) is the largest independent orthopedic practice in Southern Colorado with 18 surgeons. Express Bone & Joint Injury Care is a clinic dedicated to treating patients efficiently and at a lower cost than ERs and Urgent Care Centers. There's no need to sit for hours in a waiting room because you now have fast access to specialists for those broken bones or strained tendons. This facility is located on the first floor of our North office (4110 Briargate Pkwy, Suite 145).
