Stephanie Rychlec, MAT, ATC, OTC, SA, is a Certified Athletic Trainer currently employed at Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group since June 2018, where responsibilities include working alongside an orthopedic surgeon in clinical and surgical settings, as well as providing outreach athletic training for a local hockey organization. Previously, Stephanie held positions at Lubbock Sports Medicine and the State of Texas, gaining substantial experience in athletic training while completing a Master of Athletic Training and working as a student athletic trainer at Texas Tech University. Stephanie's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Athletic Training from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas Tech University. Additionally, experience as a soccer coach at Colorado Academy contributed to a comprehensive understanding of athletic development.

Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group (CSOG) is the largest independent orthopedic practice in Southern Colorado with 18 surgeons. Express Bone & Joint Injury Care is a clinic dedicated to treating patients efficiently and at a lower cost than ERs and Urgent Care Centers. There's no need to sit for hours in a waiting room because you now have fast access to specialists for those broken bones or strained tendons. This facility is located on the first floor of our North office (4110 Briargate Pkwy, Suite 145).
