Jason C. Green

Jason C. Green serves as the Utilities Infrastructure Grants Coordinator at Colorado Springs Utilities since September 2021. Previously, Jason held various positions in the U.S. Army, including Communications Officer for the 4th Infantry Division and Assistant Director of Communications & Outreach at the Western Hemispheric Institute for Security Cooperation. Other roles included Information Operations Planner for III Corps HQ and Strategy & Plans Officer at the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq. Jason's experience also encompasses serving as Deputy Chief of Information Operations at CENTCOM Forward in Jordan and as an Information Operations Planner for the US Army. Jason's educational background includes an MBA in Energy & Finance from Texas Christian University, a Master of Science in Communications Strategy & Latin American Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Methodist University.
