David Bradford

David Bradford is an experienced professional in parking and transportation management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Parking and Transportation Services at Colorado State University since August 2006. Bradford's extensive background includes significant roles such as Director of both Parking and Transportation Services and Parking Services, focusing on strategic planning, transportation planning, demand management program development, campus master planning, system implementations, and budget planning. Prior to this, Bradford worked at the City of Boulder from July 1995 to August 2006, where roles included Deputy Court Administrator and Parking Enforcement Supervisor. Bradford holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeland Security, Law Enforcement, Firefighting and Related Protective Services from Western Illinois University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
