Kyle Oldham

Kyle Oldham, Ed.D, currently serves as the Director of Workplace Inclusion and Talent Management at Colorado State University, a position held since July 2010, and has also taken on roles such as Associate Director of Housing & Dining Services for Diversity, Inclusion & Assessment and Assistant Director of Residence Life for Student Leadership. Prior experience includes serving as Residence Director at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from August 2006 to June 2010 and as Area Hall Director at North Central College from June 2004 to June 2006. Academic credentials include a Doctorate of Education in Social Justice Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Master of Science in Student Affairs Higher Education from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Baldwin Wallace University.
