Mark Cantrell

Mark Cantrell currently serves as the President and CEO of the Colorado Symphony Association since April 2023. Previously, Mark held the same position at The Florida Orchestra from January 2019 until April 2023 and served as CEO of the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra from September 2013 to January 2019. Mark’s experience in the field of music includes a role as Executive Director for the Boston Philharmonic Orchestra from March 2010 to September 2013 and as a Bass Trombonist active from December 1987 to May 2013. Mark also worked as a Captain for Colgan Air, Inc. from September 2006 to March 2010 and performed as a musician with the Boston Pops from 1988 to 2005. Mark holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Boston University, earned between 1985 and 1991.
