Heidi Hostetter

Heidi Hostetter is an accomplished entrepreneur and industry leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and economic development. Currently serving as the CEO and Owner of Colorado Tech Shop since March 2022, Heidi leads a premier boutique electronics prototype and PCBA manufacturing partner. Heidi also contributes as a Board Member for the Longmont Economic Development Partnership and was the Industry Chair for ADAPT from December 2015 to April 2022, focusing on advancing additive manufacturing technologies. Previously, as CEO/Founder of H2 Solutions from 2016 to January 2022, Heidi directed a consulting team to enhance manufacturers' growth through operational improvement and technical guidance. As Vice President at Faustson from February 2002 to September 2021, Heidi played a key role in business development and was part of the team that produced components for NASA’s Kepler space telescope. Additionally, as Sales Manager at Star Precision from 2000 to 2003, Heidi was involved in providing comprehensive metal fabrication and machining services.
