Erin Kraft

Erin Kraft is the Director, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Colorado Technical University (CTU). Erin is responsible for ensuring that the University maintains financial stability and responsibility. Erin completes the monthly financial forecast to provide the University leadership team with a current outlook on projected student population, revenue and operating income for the current month, current quarter and full year across all 3 campuses. Erin also leads the University’s annual budget and planning process; the annual budget represents the near team goals the University wants to achieve in order to support its long term strategies. In addition to these responsibilities, Erin supports the University with scenario planning and analysis, trend reporting, and resource allocation decision making.

Erin has worked at CTU since 2005, and has held progressive roles within FP&A, eventually being promoted to Director in 2014.
