Jessica Harrison

Jessica Harrison has held several positions in the past. In 2022, they were the Membership Experience and Operations Manager at the Colorado Technology Association, where they supported the sales team by creating sales proposals, managing event ticket sale campaigns, issuing membership renewal invoices, and managing inbound email membership leads. Jessica also responded promptly to existing member inquiries, updated membership data, and troubleshot technical issues with website access and event registration. From 2014 to 2022, they were the Group Sales Manager and Event Coordinator at Colorado Chautauqua, where they responded promptly to all new or return client inquiries and built customized proposals for lodging, meeting space, and catering services. Jessica also provided quotes and booked all long term stays for 30+ nights, and remained as a point of contact to resolve any guest issues throughout the stay. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Logistics Coordinator at Jo-Sak Shipping Inc., where they managed accounts for 12 different clients for the shipment of refrigerated and agricultural goods, secured bookings with ship lines, arranged appointments with cold storages, trans loaders, and truckers to successfully move cargo to loading ports, and issued all government documents and paperwork required to ship cargo oversees. Lastly, from 2003 to 2013, they were the Guest Relations Operations Manager at The Hain Celestial Group, where they hired, trained, mentored, and managed a diverse work force of 20 people, handled tour reservations, event planning, and staff scheduling, and independently managed administrative duties and controlled inventory and payroll budgets.

Jessica Harrison has a Bachelor of Environmental Design (BENVD) from the University of Colorado Boulder in the field of Environmental Design. Jessica also has a General Studies degree from Skyline High School. Additionally, they obtained a Cvent Supplier Network certification from Cvent in February 2021.
