Shawn Ouellet

Shawn Ouellet is an experienced leader in project management and information technology, currently serving as President of the Board of Directors at Colorado Young Leaders since March 2019. As Director of Technical PMO at TELUS Agriculture & Consumer Goods from July 2022 to September 2024, Shawn managed a technical PMO supporting global software development teams and drove organizational change and process improvements. Previous roles include Director of Project Management and IT at Peak Resources, IT Project Manager at MWH Global, Development Team Lead and IT Project Manager at University of Colorado Denver, Project Manager at Setpoint Systems Corporation, and Data Systems Administrator at Rudolph Foods Company. Shawn holds an M.B.A. in Information Technology from Capella University and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
