Colorado Youth for a Change
Cassie Dubov is a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager at Colorado Youth for a Change, where Cassie recruits and hires AmeriCorps members for various programs. Cassie has also served as a Corps for a Change Program Coordinator, Educational Intervention Specialist, and Americorps Member, demonstrating their dedication to supporting students and promoting education. Currently, Cassie also works as an Assistant Women Soccer Coach at Englewood High School. Cassie holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Kent State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado.
Colorado Youth for a Change
Colorado Youth for a Change addresses barriers to learning by providing individualized supports throughout pivotal stages of students' education journeys. We envision an equitable education system where each student has access to the resources they need to maximize their own learning and growth. CYC is a recognized leader in prevention and student reengagement programming, providing children and youth with one-on-one tutoring, evidence-based interventions, case management, and wraparound support services. CYC partners with school districts across the state, filling gaps in resources and providing one-on-one student support.
