Colorado Youth for a Change
Kate Drahn serves as Senior Vice President at FirstBank since June 2014 and has been active as Chair Elect for Colorado Youth for a Change since January 2022. Previously, Kate held the position of Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Latina SafeHouse from April 2017 to May 2019. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Nebraska Wesleyan University, earned in 2014, and a Graduate degree in Banking from the Pacific Coast Banking School completed in 2022.

Colorado Youth for a Change
Colorado Youth for a Change addresses barriers to learning by providing individualized supports throughout pivotal stages of students' education journeys. We envision an equitable education system where each student has access to the resources they need to maximize their own learning and growth. CYC is a recognized leader in prevention and student reengagement programming, providing children and youth with one-on-one tutoring, evidence-based interventions, case management, and wraparound support services. CYC partners with school districts across the state, filling gaps in resources and providing one-on-one student support.
