Joshua Jonker

Joshua Jonker has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Joshua started their career as a Munitions Specialist in the United States Air Force, where they led teams and ensured proper training in munitions practices. After leaving the military, Joshua worked as a Sales Representative for Sales-R-Up Media Inc., specializing in real estate advertising. Joshua then transitioned to a role as a Production Supervisor at Peerless Mfg. Co., where they managed multiple teams and received recognition for their leadership. Joshua continued their career at MI Windows and Doors, holding positions such as Production Supervisor, Product Manager, and Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager. In these roles, they focused on maintaining high-quality standards and implementing technical solutions. Most recently, Joshua has worked at JK Woodworking as an Independent Business Owner and at ColorCoat as an Operations Manager and currently as the Director of Operations.

Joshua Jonker attended the Community College of the Air Force from 1999 to 2005. During this time, they studied Munitions Systems/Ordinance Technology. Additionally, Joshua obtained a Yellow belt in Lean Mfg / Six Sigma from TriVista.
