ColorCode is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating pathways into technology careers for African Americans in underserved communities.

Through free, hands-on technology education, mentorship, industry exposure, and career development programming, we equip youth and adults with the skills, certifications, and professional networks needed to thrive in the digital economy. Our programs span early technology literacy, software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, IT certification pathways, and freelance development.

Unlike traditional workforce programs, ColorCode removes financial barriers by providing participants with mentorship, equipment, certification support, transportation assistance, and real-world project experience. We believe talent is universal, but opportunity is not.

Our mission is to close opportunity and wealth gaps by connecting underserved communities to high-growth technology careers while building a sustainable pipeline of diverse talent for the future workforce.

By combining technical education, industry mentorship, and career placement support, ColorCode is building the next generation of technologists, innovators, and leaders.
