Yagna Madasu

Yagna Madasu has a diverse range of work experience in IT and business analysis roles. From 2010 to the present, they have been working at Colorcon®, starting as an IT Business Analyst supporting ERP and CRM systems. They progressed to roles such as Manager of Global Applications Development and Manager of Global Application Services and Development, responsible for technical design, development, release, and maintenance of core enterprise and departmental applications. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Manager of Global Applications Services, overseeing day-to-day support of business applications. From 2019 to 2023, Yagna held the position of Manager of IT Finance & Operations Services, coordinating the strategy of Colorcon®'s finance and operations business systems. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications and Analytics, responsible for the delivery and management of applications and solutions supporting Colorcon®'s employees, customers, and partners. In this role, Yagna leads the strategy and design across the enterprise, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and empowering the user community with business intelligence/analytics solutions. Prior to joining Colorcon®, Yagna worked at Optima Technology Partners as a Programmer Analyst from 2006 to 2010 and at Accenture as a Software Engineer in 2005.

Yagna Madasu completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RVR & JC College of Engineering. This education took place from 1999 to 2003.
