Neil Diver

Neil Diver has extensive work experience in the field of maintenance and engineering. Neil began their career as an Electrical/Instrumentation Apprentice at Tate & Lyle from 1994 to 1998, where they gained experience in electrical and control systems maintenance. From 1998 to 2000, they worked as a Multiskilled Packaging Technician at the same company, responsible for breakdown and reactive maintenance of packing lines and sugar feed equipment.

Neil then joined Tilda Rice Ltd. in 2000 as a Maintenance Technician, where they were responsible for maintenance work on packing lines, an automated storage and retrieval system, rice conveying and storage machinery, and the main office block.

In 2002, Neil moved to Sanofi as an Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Technician, where they were responsible for maintenance, installation, and commissioning of pharmaceutical packing lines and inspection machines. Neil also worked on various projects, including the installation and commissioning of new machines and processes.

From 2014 to 2018, Neil worked at Coca-Cola European Partners as a Control/Electrical Technician. Their responsibilities included electrical and control system maintenance on high-speed bottle filling lines, using Siemens S7 and Rockwell Control Logix software for PLC program management. Neil also gained experience with B&R control systems hardware and software.

Neil's most recent role was as an Automation and Controls Plant Support Engineer at Colorcon® from 2018, where they used their skills in automation and controls to provide support at the plant.

Overall, Neil has a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and control systems maintenance, with experience in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging industries.

Neil Diver attended Waltham Forest College from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in ONC Electrical/Electronics in the field of Engineering. Following that, they enrolled at Epping Forest College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained an HNC Maintenance Engineering degree in the same Engineering field.
