Vladimira Mesko Briestenska is the CEO of The Future Farm at Colorintech. Vladimira has previously held positions at Neem, Colorintech, The Future Farm, Prospero World, and Anthemis Group.
Briestenska’s experience in the corporate world has been focused on innovation and early-stage ventures. At The Booster Labs, they worked as a Venture Advisor, helping corporates transform their culture, product, and processes.
In January 2014, Briestenska founded The Timber Ventures, a coaching program for early-stage startup founders. The program ran for six years and helped hundreds of founders across the world.
In January 2015, Briestenska joined Anthemis Group as an Early-Stage Founders Fellowship & Anthemis Institute. Anthemis is a global venture capital fund focused on reinventing financial services for the 21st century. Briestenska worked with a diverse group of customers and partners – from startups and venture capital firms to financial institutions – to catalyse and accelerate positive and disruptive change across the financial industry.
In December 2019, Briestenska left Anthemis Group to join Colorintech as CEO of The Future Farm. The Future Farm is a venture-backed company that is reimagining the future of food and agriculture.
Vladimira Mesko Briestenska completed an advanced MA in Human Rights and Democratisation from the EIUC - European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratisation. Vladimira also has a Bachelor of Arts - BA in International Relations & Journalism (Double Degree Programme) from Masaryk University Brno. Furthermore, they completed an exchange programme in International Affairs from Roskilde University Denmark. Additionally, they have certification from the MOE Foundation as a Certified Coach, and certification from Stanford University as a Life-Design Coach.
