Abdul-Kareem Aliu

Abdul-Kareem Aliu is an accomplished computer science and engineering student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a rich background in software engineering and machine learning. Currently a member of ColorStack, Abdul-Kareem has completed impactful internships at industry-leading companies, including NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Genuine Parts Company. Contributions at Microsoft involved developing a machine learning model for real-time telemetry anomaly detection, while at Genuine Parts Company, a dynamic filter recommendation model was implemented, improving user engagement significantly. Abdul-Kareem also gained research experience at MIT's Brain and Cognitive Sciences, focused on voice anonymization, and participated in a NASA competition analyzing orbit strategies for a ScienceCraft.
