Abdulsamad Sulyman

Abdulsamad Sulyman is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University, where they serve as an Undergraduate Researcher and are involved with Columbia Formula Racing as the Powertrain Chief Engineer. Previously, Abdulsamad held a position as a Project Engineer at General Motors, leading failure mode evaluations and managing global supply chain dynamics. They also contributed to NASA's High School Aerospace Scholars program and have gained experience through various internships and leadership roles, including Chief Marketing Officer at ScholarU and Vice President of the National Society of Black Engineers at Columbia University. Abdulsamad is actively involved with ColorStack and engages in initiatives that support underrepresented students in STEM fields.
