Ana Mena Ordoñez is a co-founder and co-president of ColorStack’s WashU chapter, dedicated to increasing the representation of Black and Latinx students in Computer Science. Currently a member of various organizations including Management Leadership for Tomorrow as an MLT Career Prep Fellow, Ana has also led the Women in STEM Day for the WashU Society of Women Engineers, achieving significant event attendance growth. With teaching assistant experience in data structures and algorithms at Washington University in St. Louis, Ana is actively involved in mentoring under-represented students through College ARCH. Internships at Bank of America highlight expertise in software engineering and technical development, complemented by a strong academic background in Computer Science and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
