Nicola Bebbington

Nicola Bebbington has extensive work experience in the field of HR, starting in 1996 at Tesco. Nicola progressed through various generalist HR roles and eventually served as the Group People Manager for Merseyside, overseeing HR functions for multiple stores and personnel. Bebbington also spearheaded transformation programs in both Malaysia and the UK, restructuring business operations and providing leadership development. Nicola has experience in change management, talent management, aligning HR solutions with corporate goals, and learning and development. Bebbington joined Colosseum Dental UK Ltd in 2019 and currently holds the position of Head of People.

Nicola Bebbington pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Liverpool from 1996 to 1999. During this period, they focused on the field of English and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors.
