Justin Parsons is an accomplished asset manager currently with ColRich, a real estate, construction, and investment firm, since June 2020, focusing on enhancing cash-on-cash returns and capital appreciation in multifamily properties across the Western U.S. Prior to this role, Justin held positions in acquisitions and asset management at Auctus Capital Partners and Pacifica Companies, where responsibilities included managing multifamily, assisted living, and memory care properties. Earlier experience includes serving as an investment associate at Marcus & Millichap, where client consultations and property valuations were central to building long-term relationships. Justin began a professional athletic career with Hunter Hurricanes Water Polo in 2015 and earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, concentrating on Information Technology and Business Marketing, from the University of California, Berkeley.
