Dave Wells

David Wells is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the retired Chief Human Resources Officer at Colson Group since May 2021, David previously held significant positions at Snap-on Tools from January 2007 to April 2021, including VP of Human Resources and Chief Ombudsman, with a focus on franchise relations for approximately 4,000 North American franchisees. David's earlier tenure at Sears, Roebuck and Co. spanned from 1984 to March 2005, during which responsibilities included VP of Operations & Administration for Dealer Stores and VP of Human Resources for the same division. David's career began at KPMG International as a Senior Auditor from 1980 to 1984. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University, earned between 1976 and 1980.
