Constanza Diaz Mendoza has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Constanza began their career at El Tiempo Casa Editorial in 2006, where they worked as a National Accounts Coordinator, responsible for generating strategies for clients and meeting sales targets. Constanza then served as the Chief of Classified Regular Customers at El Tiempo, managing the sales strength of the VIP customers channel. From 2010 to 2013, Constanza worked as the Commercial Business Manager in the Transactional Vehicles Sector, designing and executing strategies for the migration from traditional to digital media in the automobile sector. Constanza also played a key role in the creation of Carroya.

In 2013, Constanza became the General Manager at Metrocuadrado.com and Carroya.com, with the objective of increasing business Ebitda. Constanza was in charge of creating and executing strategic plans for the transactional automotive sector and real estate. Constanza also developed the digital strategy for Carroya and Metrocuadrado.

Prior to joining Colsubsidio in 2020, Constanza worked as the Head of Sales at Cadenacol from 2019 to 2020. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic commercial plan in Bogota and ensuring the fulfillment of the commercial budget for four companies and five business units. Constanza also played a crucial role in the creation and development of products and services in regional media to support the marketing and sales objectives of different national impact companies.

Currently, Constanza Diaz Mendoza holds the position of Head of Partnerships at Colsubsidio, where they aim to strengthen the value proposition of the Compensation Fund through strategic alliances that enhance competitiveness and attract new companies. Constanza'sresponsibilities include understanding various industry sectors and their employees, fostering customer loyalty, and driving business growth.

Throughout their career, Constanza has demonstrated a strong focus on business development, strategic planning, marketing, and sales. Constanza has consistently achieved results by implementing effective communication strategies, creating and executing business models, and driving revenue growth.

Constanza Diaz Mendoza pursued their education in a strategic management specialist program at the Universidad de La Sabana from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they studied marketing and advertising at Grancolombia Politécnico University in Colombia from 1996 to 2001.
