Pavel Hlavinka has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pavel began their career in 1994 as a Project Manager for I&C Enego, and later worked as a Division Director and Sales and Marketing Director for I&C Energo. In 1999, Pavel joined Vegacom as the Chief Commercial Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. Pavel then became the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Vegacom Group, overseeing multiple daughter companies. In 2008, Pavel joined Vodafone CZ as the Vice President of the Enterprise Business Unit. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Managing Director for ČEZ Prodej s.r.o., a company focused on the sale of electric power, gas, and mobile services. Currently, Pavel serves as the CEO of Colsys s.r.o.
Pavel Hlavinka pursued their education from 1983 to 1988 at the Czech Technical University in Prague. During this time, they completed their degree in Nuclear engineering and was awarded the title of Ing.
