Joseph Schlachter

Born and raised in Alberta, Canada, Joe spent the first nine years of his career working with large, multidiscipline engineering firms before switching to large general contracting firms for the last 21 years. He was an Owner/Developer of a wide variety of construction projects in British Columbia before bringing his expertise to Colt Building Solutions, a Canadian counterpart to the American company known as Colt Builders. Joe is working as a Regional General Manager in beautiful British Columbia. With 30 years of experience in the engineering, construction and development industries, they are happy to have him building up the Pacific Canada market. Joe not only knows his way around a construction site, he also knows his way around hockey, football, squash, water skiing, snowboarding, scuba diving and mountain biking! He is a dedicated father/coach of three active teenage boys and a happy/proud husband of Nurse Jenny, his wife.
