Jennifer Gryn is an experienced quality compliance professional with a robust background in quality management across various industries. Currently serving as a Quality Compliance Officer at Colt Canada since August 2020, Jennifer specializes in reviewing industry standards and implementing compliance projects. Previous roles include Quality Control Supervisor at Honeywell, where Jennifer led a team of inspectors, and Quality Assurance Manager at Dana Incorporated, focusing on customer relations and quality systems according to IATF16949 and ISO 9001 standards. With additional experience as Quality Manager at Bend All Automotive and numerous engineering positions at companies such as Continental and Siemens VDO, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, documentation management, and project oversight. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor.
