Caroline Griffin Pain is General Counsel at Colt with global responsibility for the Legal and Regulatory teams, the Company Secretariat and the Country Manager organisation. She is Chairman of the Corporate Compliance Committee, dealing with Whistleblowing and Ethics and is responsible for implementing and monitoring Colt’s anti-bribery programme. She is responsible for corporate governance at Colt and acts as Secretary to the Board, Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. Dedicated to building a more diverse workplace, Caroline is also a mentor and Diversity sponsor, championing inclusivity.
Caroline joined Colt from a Reuters joint venture, Radianz, where she was Company Secretary having previously held senior management positions at Antfactory, a private equity incubator and spent nine years at Rea Brothers Group plc, a quoted financial services group, where she was General Counsel. Caroline qualified as a solicitor in 1990.
