Erika Cowell

Erika Cowell serves as the Executive Director of the Colten Cowell Foundation since 2009, managing overall operations, staff, programs, and fundraising efforts. Responsibilities include developing philanthropic strategies, maintaining donor relationships, and overseeing fiscal management alongside the Finance Committee and Board. Prior experience includes serving as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant at the Florence Unified School District from June 2010 to December 2015, where duties involved providing therapy to children with speech delays and managing related data. Erika earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from Southern New Hampshire University, completing the degree in October 2021.
