Chris Maness

Chris Maness is an experienced educator with a focus on teaching physics and chemistry at the Colton Joint Unified School District since August 2006. Chris passionately challenges students to connect scientific concepts to their daily lives, while also supporting those with language barriers and learning disabilities. Prior to the teaching career, Chris worked as a network engineer at Verizon from 1999 to 2003, specializing in the design and implementation of high-speed data and digital telephone networks. Chris holds a Master of Science in Physics from California State University, Fullerton (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of California, Riverside (1996-1999).
