Caleb Berger

Caleb is a leader in health information technology and revenue cycle management with a dedicated focus on process improvement. During his 10+ years of experience in RCM, he has led operational and technical teams across multiple health systems, most recently as the manager of Revenue Cycle Information Systems at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago, Illinois.

He is a Missouri State University graduate holding a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology and Health Care Management and he is now an MBA candidate at Alaksa Pacific University. In addition to Caleb's work in the health information technology sector and ongoing educational pursuits, Caleb is also a community engagement advocate with demonstrated enthusiasm for volunteering and working with several programs that encourage volunteerism. He currently assists a high school summer band program as a brass and visual technician and believes that the marching arts played a key role in the success of his personal and professional lives.

Caleb’s mission is to leverage his wide range of experiences and interests to increase the accessibility of Drum Corps International for students of all income and experience levels.
