Ken Driscoll

Board Member at Colts Youth Organization

Ken Driscoll is a Colts alum who began his marching career playing the double tenor with the Colt Cadets in 1975, then marched as a keyboard player with the Colts starting in 1976 and continued on through 1984, when he aged out. It was through drum corps that he met his wife, Chris, who is from the Chicago area and traveled with the corps in 1984 as a volunteer cook. After aging out, Ken moved to the Chicago area, where he and his wife have lived for the past 38 years and during that time raised 3 children.

Ken is a senior HR professional with over 35 years of experience in a variety of HR roles in manufacturing, engineering, and higher education. In his current role as senior director of talent, he heads up all leadership development for Adtalem Global Education and prior to this was the head of HR for Chamberlain University. Ken is also an adjunct faculty member at the College of DuPage, where he teaches aspiring HR professionals in the HR certificate program. He completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of St. Francis and held the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
