Sebastian Kushnirovich has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sebastian began their career in 2014 as a GPS & Optical Missiles and Bombs QA Technician in the Israeli Air Force. In this role, they were responsible for testing and assuring the quality of weapons systems on fighter jets, mentoring new personnel, and participating in testing newly developed weapons systems.
In 2018, Sebastian transitioned to the private sector, working as a QA Project Lead at Bon Ton Design LTD. Here, they managed construction projects, ensured compliance with quality standards, and provided guidance on design solutions while adhering to Israeli standards institute laws and guidelines.
Simultaneously, they also worked as a UI&UX Designer & QA for a private company. Sebastian was involved in the development of an Android application, performing QA testing and bug reporting, as well as contributing to UI&UX design and data collection.
From 2019 to 2022, Sebastian worked as a Quality controller at Netafim LTD, a leading irrigation products and systems company. Here, they ensured compliance with ISO 9261 standards, regulated manufacturing processes, and mentored new quality controllers. Sebastian also developed improved test methods and response protocols for the department.
Most recently, in 2022, Sebastian joined Colu as a DevOps Engineer. Sebastian'sresponsibilities in this role include managing the company's development and operations processes.
Sebastian Kushnirovich has a diverse education history. Sebastian initially attended Smart College, where they obtained a degree as a Practical Engineer in Manual QA Testing. Following this, in 2017, they attended NLP and earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree. In 2018, they pursued self-teaching in UX&UI Design. Lastly, from 2010 until 2014, Sebastian attended IAF- Technological College Beersheba, specializing in Electronics & Computer Science.
