Nabila Zainal

Nabila Zainal is an experienced software tester with a background in quality assurance and application development. Currently employed at Columbia Asia Malaysia since May 2022, Nabila has previously worked at KOLLECT from June 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included acting as a Customer Advocate to identify discrepancies between customer expectations and project outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as a Software QA Engineer at CardBiz Solutions Sdn Bhd from February 2018 to June 2019, focusing on manual testing for the MyEG iPayEasy project. Nabila holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Pahang, completed in 2018.
