Nilakasuma Abd Kadir

Nilakasuma Abd Kadir is an experienced laboratory professional, currently serving as the Laboratory Services Manager in Medical Operations at Columbia Asia Malaysia since June 2023, focusing on the standardization and expansion of laboratory services to meet regional and international compliance standards. Prior roles include Laboratory Manager at Columbia Asia Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. from February 2019 to May 2023, Laboratory Safety Officer, and Senior Medical Laboratory Technologist at Prince Court Medical Centre Sdn Bhd from June 2010 to January 2019, and Assistant Laboratory Manager at Accufast Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. Nilakasuma began their career at SJMC (Subang Jaya Medical Centre) as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in March 2001. Nilakasuma holds a Master of Corporate Management from Universiti Malaysia Pahang and a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from the National Institute of Safety and Health (NIOSH).
