Renuka Sami Pillay

Renuka Sami Pillay is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR Manager at Columbia Asia Malaysia since June 2021 and as HR & ISO Lead Manager at The Petra Group since October 2019. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Human Resources/Account at Dynamic Electrical, Account Executive at Claytan Group, and Account Assistant at Synthomer, where responsibilities included data entries and financial reconciliation. Renuka holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a degree from the National University of Malaysia.
