The Client Services and Customer Support team at Columbia Asia Malaysia is responsible for ensuring an exceptional patient experience by anticipating and addressing the needs of clients. Led by Corporate Client Services Managers and an Assistant Manager - Customer Care, the team manages patient inquiries, resolves issues, and maintains high standards of communication and service throughout the patient journey. Their efforts focus on enhancing satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and ensuring a seamless interface between the healthcare facility and the patients.
