Allison Winters

Allison Winters is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing and Client Experience at Columbia Bank New Jersey since June 2016. With a progressive career at Columbia Bank, Allison has held various roles including Vice President, Client Experience Officer, and Client Experience Manager, culminating in a rich expertise in client engagement and brand strategy. Earlier experiences include a marketing internship at Columbia Bank and a role as a PR and Marketing Intern at Christian Health, where foundational skills in digital marketing, website management, and event coordination were developed. Allison is an alumna of the University of Delaware, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies, and is currently pursuing advanced studies at the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and The Wharton School.
