Daniel Carr has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as the Assistant Mortgage Production Manager at Columbia Bank New Jersey since October 2017, where responsibilities include managing the daily operations of the processing and underwriting team. Prior experience includes roles as a Mortgage Underwriter III at Citizens Bank, specializing in portfolio and FNMA products, and as a Consumer Loan Underwriter at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where Daniel underwrote a high volume of conventional and FHA loans, assessed borrower financial histories, and guided loan processing teams.
