Justin Jennings

Justin Jennings serves as the Executive Vice President and Operations Officer at Columbia Bank New Jersey since January 2022, playing a key role in the Bank's Executive Operating Management team and responsible for monthly Board presentations and quarterly business updates. Prior to this, Justin held various leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from August 2004 to January 2022, including Head of Treasury Services for Community Development Banking, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio that supported low- and moderate-income communities. Justin also served as Head of Client Service for Real Estate Banking, Senior Business Manager, Client Service Manager, and Operations Manager, overseeing teams that enhanced client experiences and managed significant operational transitions. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from The Ohio State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.
