Kari Mastroianni

Kari Mastroianni has had a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Kari is currently employed as the Vice President Treasury Management Executive at Columbia Bank New Jersey since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Northfield Bank from 2016 to 2022 as the Vice President Business Development, where they focused on connecting the community with the bank's products and services. Before that, they served as the Marketing Director/AVP at Hopewell Valley Community Bank from 2007 to 2016. Kari began their career at Fulton Financial Corporation as a Marketing Coordinator from 2004 to 2007.

Kari Mastroianni earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from West Virginia University, completing their studies from 1996 to 2000.
