Michael Novo

Michael Novo has over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. Michael began their career at Bank of America as a Financial Center Manager, overseeing branch operations and managing a branch yielding $120M in annual deposits. Michael then joined Columbia Bank New Jersey as a Cluster Manager, responsible for strategic operations of two branches, with full P&L oversight for approximately $250M in total deposits. Michael later served as Vice President and Market Manager, providing executive direction and leadership for 12 branches, overseeing all aspects of operations and managing a region with $1.2B in deposits.

Michael Novo completed an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bergen Community College from 2005 to 2007. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General at Thomas Edison State University from 2019 to 2021. Most recently, from 2023 to 2024, they attended Rutgers Business School to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
