Nicole A. Olaya has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Nicole A. began their career at Superior Federal Bank as a Loss Mitigation Specialist from 1998 to 2002. In 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Graduate Degree in Banking from ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a Diploma in the Wharton Executive Leadership Program from The Wharton School. Nicole A. earned their High School Diploma from Paramus Catholic High School in the years 1991 to 1995. Nicole also completed the Leadership Development Program at Columbia Bank and received training in Commercial Lending and Credit Analysis through RMA Lending Academy and TD Banknorth Credit Analyst Training Program. Nicole A. has additional certifications including Certified Enterprise Risk Professional from the American Bankers Association (obtained in 2023), Credit Risk Certified (CRC) from The Risk Management Association (obtained in May 2019), and the Loan Review Certificate Program (LRC) from BAI (obtained in 2016).
