Nishit Mehta

Nishit Mehta has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Nishit is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Columbia Bank New Jersey since June 2022. Prior to that, Nishit held various roles at J.P. Morgan. From September 2019 to June 2022, they worked as an Executive Director, where they co-led Wholesale Receivables Operations globally and managed a diverse client base. From August 2016 to September 2019, they also served as an Executive Director, overseeing operations, driving re-engineering initiatives, and implementing best practices. Earlier in their career at J.P. Morgan, Nishit worked as the Vice President of Corporate Investment Banking from November 2013 to August 2016 and as the Vice President/Operations Manager from February 2011 to October 2013. Nishit also gained experience as an AVP/Operations Manager and Operations Supervisor during their tenure at the company.

Nishit Mehta completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management from 2015 to 2017. Nishit also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, obtained between 1999 and 2003. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Advanced Management Systems from Dr. Albert A. Marcotte in 2007.
