Shawn Duffy

Shawn Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and customer relationship management. Currently serving as the Program Manager for Salesforce at Columbia Bank New Jersey since February 2021, Shawn previously excelled at Jet Aviation from June 2002 to May 2020 in various roles, including Senior CRM Manager, Associate Client Director, Marketing Specialist, and PR & Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities included leading CRM projects on Salesforce platforms, managing aircraft activities for clients, creating marketing materials and proposals, and coordinating nationwide trade shows and events.
