Stephen Lafalce

Stephen LaFalce currently serves as a Senior Collateral Risk Analyst at Columbia Bank New Jersey since May 2025. In addition to this role, Stephen LaFalce holds the position of Chief Appraiser at SL Appraisal Group, LLC, which began in 2020. Since 2023, Stephen LaFalce has also been a Senior Review Appraiser for the NJ Department of Environmental Protection. Previously, Stephen LaFalce worked as a Senior Appraiser at Meehan Valuation from 2019 to 2020 and as an Associate Appraiser at Jersey Appraisal Services from 2015 to 2019.
